Romans 8:32
He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things?

What of Today’s Verse…

If God gave up his Son to save me, what would he not give up to bless us and keep us! That’s Paul’s point. In 1 Corinthians 6:19-20, he tells us we are bought with a price to encourage us toward holiness. Here, he makes the same point, but to give us assurance. Isn’t it amazing how the truth of God’s grace contains such a multifaceted blessing.

Let us Pray:

Almighty God, I am overwhelmed at your sacrificial love offered to me in Jesus. Father, please use your Spirit to stir me to service in response to your grace and have this Comforter build my assurance of the salvation and blessings that you so long to give me. Through Jesus I pray. Amen.’

Words of Wisdom

God guides me in making wise choices. I make the best use of my time and energy.

At times it may appear that I need more hours, more days, more productivity to finish what is my responsibility to complete.

In actuality, there is always enough time for what is needed. As I take a few moments to pray, God guides me in making wise choices concerning my time and energy and my perfect use of them.

I apply myself willingly and thoughtfully to a goal or project. I blend my commitment and dependability with my joy and enthusiasm. With precision, I streamline the flow of my activity. With wisdom, I delegate to others what is best done by them.

There is a natural sequence of time and order—for action, completion, and rebirth. God’s perfect order is within each day, each moment. There is time enough!
