JOY

Romans 15:13
“Now the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that ye may abound in hope, through the power of the Holy Ghost.”

What Of Today’s Verse…

The wonder of God’s creation fills me with joy!
When I awake in the morning, I want my first thought to be a joyful one that sets the tone for my day. I may think about my loved ones, my home, my pets, or the work that I enjoy. Starting with one positive thought leads to another, and I find even more to be joyful about.

There is so much that adds value and meaning to my day. When I reflect upon the beauty of God’s creation—the perfection of nature, the wonder of a newborn baby, the wisdom and grace etched on the face of one who has lived a life of faith—I cannot help but be filled with gladness.
 
I praise God for all creation and for all the wondrous ways that the spirit of God is active in and through all.

Majestic Father, I pray that out of the riches of your grace, you may help me find my treasure in you and nothing else. Today, I want to offer you all that I am and have to your glory. Through Jesus my example and Saviour I pray. Amen.
