Isaiah 25:1
O Lord, you are my God; I will exalt you and praise your name, for in perfect faithfulness you have done marvellous things, things planned long ago.

What of Today’s Verse…

God’s actions are not reactions to current situations, but part of his long-term plan to bring redemption. Yes, he has done marvellous things: he took the evil intent of a mob who cried “Crucify him” and he turned it into an opportunity to fulfil prophesies and redeem us. He is perfect in faithfulness and has done marvellous things.

Let us Pray:

Holy God, you surprise me with new wonders and new things daily. Yet deep in my heart I know they are not new to you. Thank you for not making life boring or predictable so I might thirst after you, you who are forever fresh, new, exciting, and marvellous. Through my Saviour I pray. Amen.

Words of Wisdom

Christ in me is my source of unlimited potential. Right here where I am, right now in this moment, I give my full attention to the kingdom of God, the Christ consciousness that is within me. In an all-pervading realization of the Christ as my source of divine understanding, I give expression to divine qualities.

Through the Christ of my being, I express the highest and best thoughts, words, and behaviours. Unlimited possibilities await me as I express the Christ within.

Looking beyond current circumstances, I perceive my life with clarity. I see past seeming obstacles to the potential that lies within each new day. Christ in me is my source of unlimited potential. I am moving forward in accepting and fulfilling my divine potential day by day.

“The kingdom of God is not coming with things that can be observed; nor will they say, ‘Look, here it is!’ or ‘There it is!’ For, in fact, the kingdom of God is among you.” -Luke 17:20-21
