Great peace has they which love thy law: and nothing shall offend them.
What of Today’s Verse…
As someone who had a very clumsy stage of life, this promise is almost beyond believing — nothing can make me stumble! But when it comes to living life, if I know God’s will and love it, I will do it. Then nothing can make me stumble.
Let us Pray:
Thank you God for this day. Thank you for all that lies ahead. Thank you that I don’t have to face with doubts about my basic values and without a sense of your will for my life. Stir in me a love for your will and your way so that nothing can make me stumble. Empower me by your Spirit and guide me by your truth so that I may more perfectly reflect your character. Through Jesus I pray. Amen.’
Words of Wisdom
Harmony…
The spirit of God is working in and through me in harmonious ways.
Basing my outlook on past experiences, I may anticipate that an upcoming meeting or gathering will be a repeat of prior disagreement or discord. Even when the past may support this expectation, I choose to pray and to believe that with God it is always possible for peace and harmony to prevail.
I affirm that the spirit of God is expressing harmony through me so that I make a positive contribution to the relationship at hand. With God guiding me, I exhibit love and forgiveness in thought and manner. I acknowledge that Spirit is active in each moment.
A new experience will arise out of each new situation. I look forward to the upcoming event, knowing that it will be harmonious and beneficial for all.
