All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, and for instruction in righteousness: That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works.
For the word of God is quick, powerful, sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul, spirit, of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.
The heaven and earth shall pass away: but my words shall not pass away.
Every word of God is pure: he is a shield unto them that put their trust in him. Add thou not unto his words, lest he reprove thee, and thou be found a liar.
By the word of the LORD were the heavens made; and all the host of them by the breath of his mouth.
For I testify unto every man that hears the words of the prophecy of this book. If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book: And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.
