Matthew 14:14
When Jesus went out, He saw a great multitude, and He was moved with compassion for them and healed their sick. This is a picture of the real Jesus—the healing Jesus. He “goes forth,” filled with compassion to heal the sick, because it is His nature to heal. And He is the same today (Hebrews 13:8). He wants to see you well!
When Jesus looks at you, He sees you. He sees that you have needs—spiritually, physically, emotionally, and financially. He knows what you’re going through right now.
To Him, you are unique—there’s only one of you—and nobody can take your place. To the devil, you are just another nameless soul. But to Jesus, you are the crowning masterpiece of God’s creation! He carried our sins in his body on the cross so that we can be dead to sin and live for what is right. By his wounds, you are healed (1 Peter 2:24 NLT). He has gone to the uttermost bounds to see you saved and healed when you yield your life to Him.
Healing happened when Jesus went forth and saw the multitude. And healing can happen when Jesus looks at you today. Yes, He wants to heal you. The question is, do you accept His healing power not just as something to be read about in the Bible, but something to be received on a personal, individual level?
Let the issue be settled in your heart, mind, and soul today—GOD WANTS TO HEAL YOU! From the crown of your head to the soles of your feet, I believe that you can begin to receive your healing right now, in Jesus’ name. Amen.
