You are of God…

Wherefore let him that thinks he stands take heed lest he fall.  There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it.

Seeing then that we have a great high priest that is passed into the heavens, Jesus the Son of God; let us hold fast our profession.  For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin.  Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.

Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.  For in that he himself hath suffered being tempted, he is able to succour them that are tempted.  Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.

Thy word have I hid in mine heart, that I might not sin against thee.  Let no man say when he is tempted, I am tempted of God: for God cannot be tempted with evil, neither tempted he any man: But every man is tempted, when he is drawn away of his own lust, and enticed.

Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walked about, seeking whom he may devour:  Whom resist steadfast in the faith, knowing that the same afflictions are accomplished in your brethren that are in the world.

Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.  Put on the whole armour of God that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.  Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.

You are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world.  Blessed is the man that endured temptation: for when he is tried, he shall receive the crown of life, which the Lord hath promised to them that love him.  The Lord knows how to deliver the godly out of temptations, and to reserve the unjust unto the Day of Judgement to be punished.
