John 15:10
(Jesus said) "If ye keep my commandments, ye shall abide in my love; even as I have kept my Father’s commandments, and abide in his love."
What of Today’s Verse…
Love is not just a feeling, but it is action. For us as believers, the action that most shows our love for Jesus is for us to be obedient to his words and his example.
Let us Pray:
Father, thank you for showing your love in Jesus. Thank you, Jesus, for showing us how to love our Father by being obedient to his will and word. Today I pledge to consciously try to live in obedience to your will. Please receive my actions, words, and thoughts today as an offering of praise to you. In Jesus name. Amen.

The power of God surrounds and enfolds me now.
If ever I feel uncertain about myself or uncomfortable with the conditions I am experiencing, there is something powerfully effective I can do. I affirm the truth: The power of God surrounds and enfolds me now. I am then able to think clearly and act with confidence and poise.
In my prayer times, I build on a consciousness of God’s power and presence in much the same way a mason builds a strong wall. I affirm the activity of the power of God in any moment of stress and know that all is well.
The power of God within me enables me to be strong in every circumstance and to act courageously when others need reassurance. I am strong in the awareness of God’s presence within me and within every situation that arises in life.
